Regency Centers
During the Summer of 2019, I was hired as an intern in the Marketing Department at Regency Centers, the preeminent national owner, operator, and developer of shopping centers located in affluent and densely populated trade areas. In my time as an intern there I was tasked with creating animated mobile ads, logo animations, video edits, large scale print-ready signage, and brochures. Below are just a few of those projects I was most proud of.
Culver Public Market
For this upscale property in development, I produced an animated logo for them to plug into any future video content. I also cut an edited an 3D animated flythrough to be shown to potential investors.
Bloomingdale Square
Ahead of a major redevelopment, the Bloomingdale Square property required a major brochure update. Wanting to showcase the fresh look of the shopping center, Regency wanted to ditch the standard template and gave me free rein on this original and lively booklet.
Mellody Farms
As the grand opening of this fun and playful shopping center neared, they requested both an animated logo and a teaser video for social media and websites.
